Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the phcsh platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the phcsh Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or games.

If you are accessing phcsh on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms. phcsh reserves the right to request evidence of such authority at any time.

phcsh reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact details.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a phcsh account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or consultant of phcsh, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a prior phcsh account closed for violation of these Terms.
• You must not be a participant in any self-exclusion scheme active with phcsh at the time of registration.
• You must be able to lawfully enter into and be bound by a legally binding agreement under Philippine law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued identification document. phcsh will verify this information as part of the KYC process. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. phcsh employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phcsh reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phcsh account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party, nor permit any third party to access your account on your behalf.

phcsh will never request your password through any channel — including live chat, SMS, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from phcsh and requesting your full password or OTP should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorized it. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify phcsh support immediately by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 16. phcsh will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the notification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phcsh platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). phcsh does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, nor does it convert deposited funds from foreign currency equivalents.

Deposits: phcsh accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. A minimum deposit of ₱100 applies unless otherwise specified. Deposits are credited to the player's wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. phcsh is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers or banking infrastructure issues affecting the Philippine payment network.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the phcsh account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits may be declined. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by method but phcsh aims to process all approved withdrawals within 24 hours. Prior to processing any withdrawal, phcsh may require completion of KYC verification or additional identity checks.

• Withdrawal requests associated with bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be declined.
• phcsh reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation for source of funds.
• Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their own payment providers. phcsh does not charge withdrawal processing fees under standard circumstances.
• Chargeback requests submitted to a payment provider without first contacting phcsh support constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

phcsh offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, opt-in requirements, minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, and wagering requirements. These specific promotion terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all phcsh promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus Funds are added to the player's wallet as a separate balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Unless the promotion specifies otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for phcsh welcome bonuses is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount wagered on qualifying games within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live table games may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or do not meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will automatically expire and be removed from the wallet.
• phcsh reserves the right to retract, modify, or cancel any bonus if it reasonably believes the bonus is being abused, including through multi-accounting, use of automated tools, or collusion with other players.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers at any time by contacting phcsh support. Opting out does not affect previously credited bonus funds that are already subject to active wagering requirements.

Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on the phcsh platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness and randomness. phcsh does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed for slot games represent the theoretical long-term average payout rate and do not guarantee specific results in any single session or series of sessions. Actual individual player outcomes will vary significantly from the displayed theoretical RTP.

phcsh reserves the right to void bets and game results in the event of a software or technical error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game rules being displayed. In such cases, affected bets will be refunded at the original stake amount. phcsh will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the phcsh server logs constitute the primary record and will take precedence over any client-side display. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must report the dispute within 30 days of the relevant game session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phcsh platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantage in multi-player games.
• Money laundering — using the phcsh platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider for deposits that have been used for gaming on phcsh, without first raising the matter with phcsh support.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain credits, access restricted features, or circumvent game rules.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymization tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward phcsh staff or other players through any phcsh communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

phcsh is committed to responsible gaming and recognizes that gambling can become harmful for a small percentage of players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from every account dashboard.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a reminder notification as you approach your limit.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). Access to your account is restricted during the cooling-off period but cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phcsh platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the selected minimum period. During self-exclusion, phcsh will make reasonable efforts to block your access and refrain from sending promotional communications.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phcsh platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, user interface elements, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of phcsh or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the phcsh platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any phcsh content without prior written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers (including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective companies and is governed by their respective licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phcsh and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, game progress, or account balance due to technical failures outside phcsh's reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, server outages, or third-party network issues.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any game information, odds, or promotional materials.
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.
• Any decisions you make regarding gambling, including the decision to wager money on any game offered by phcsh.

phcsh's total aggregate liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their phcsh account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine law.

Privacy & Data

phcsh collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the phcsh platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is processed for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service delivery. phcsh does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

phcsh retains player data for the period required by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations, which may extend beyond the closure of your account. Requests to access, correct, or delete your personal data should be submitted to the contact details in Section 16.

Suspension & Termination

phcsh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete or maintain satisfactory KYC verification.
• Engagement in any form of fraudulent activity, collusion, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider linked to the account.
• Failure to maintain eligibility as defined in Section 3, including reaching the minimum age threshold while already holding an account.
• Regulatory direction or court order requiring phcsh to restrict account access.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, phcsh will retain any balance in the account during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the balance will be restored and the account reopened. If a breach is confirmed, phcsh may void some or all of the balance at its discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

You may close your phcsh account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after applicable verification checks are completed.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and phcsh, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phcsh support at the details provided in Section 16. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to formal legal proceedings in the appropriate Philippine court.

These Terms are written in English, which shall be the governing language for all purposes. Any translation provided for convenience does not create independent legal obligations and shall not take precedence over the English version in the event of inconsistency.

Amendments

phcsh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on this page. The "Effective Date" shown in the page header will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility requirements — phcsh will provide advance notice to registered players via their registered mobile number or platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the phcsh platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 13.
